A. Hello Add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg paneer, fish, pulses, avocado inkids recipes Pls avoid junk foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks.
