A. May be he doesnt like the taste. Have you tried anything with the milk like a health drink or plain cornflakes.Even palm sugar or jaggery is good apart from honey. Due to the pandemic add turmeric and honey or with palm sugar few kids take to the taste. Try various options before you give up.Something might make him drink and then you can slowly bring down to plain milk.
