#askdoctors is gripe water good for baby health. lakshya got hardstool and pain..pls suggest any home remedy or medicine.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. we do not advise which kind of things for constipation you can give more of fluids to your child especially warm fluids that will help in relieving the constipation incase still the problem is there you can consult your doctor

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Avoid giving gripe water.. Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet to get relief from constipation. Give half tsp of honey with warm water two times a day to get relief from constipation
