In 1 year, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, legumes, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette and 600-700 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
While preparing baby's food, make sure to use as little salt as possible with less or no other spice except turmeric. Maintain cleanliness and give boiled water to drink till atleast 2 years.
