#AskTheExpert hi sir am confused for preparing meal for my baby always like what to prepare what to give plz provide me a proper diet chart

A. baby is above 1 year you can give everything from your diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. In this age, you can try introducing the baby your own food with less spices and oil. Include khichdi, dalia, besan and beetroot cheela, pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, chicken soup, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, mixed vegetable soup, sauted veggies, sandwich, toast, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts, custard and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
