Include khichdi, dalia, besan and beetroot cheela, pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, chicken soup, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices, coconut water, mixed vegetable soup, sauted veggies, sandwich, toast, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts, custard and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
