A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer chilled teethers. give fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc in form of purees

A. Hi If there is a major problem with your toes then you should consult a dentist once they will check it and just tell you what is the issue and accordingly they can guide you with the treatment as well so as of now I think a dentist would be the much more needed person for you
