A. Eating a good, healthy breakfast is bound to increase your kid's appetite. A balanced breakfast boosts metabolism fast and gets the body working for the day. Offer water 30 mins before meal time. Feed every 2 hours. Snacks should be as good as meals for better appetite. Offer a sandwich or muesli or cereal as a snack. Incorporate peanuts into your kid's diet in the form of peanut butter or fry it to be eaten as crisps. Make sure that the consumption of milk and milk products does not exceed 500 ml per day. Offer small bites as small bites of food build metabolism, which in turn improves appetite. Give yoghurt. Use appetising spices such as oregano, cinnamon, coriander, fennel in your kid's foods. Avoid offering oily foods. Offer fresh lime juice. Offer zinc rich foods such as wheat bran, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds etc.
