#askdoctors how to increase mothers milk, or have better alternative to it?

A. mother milk if not sufficient then you can start with formula milk.. to Increase mother milk you can start with lactation supplements as lactare or Shavatari powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats sabudana dalia ragi drumstick..
