#askdoctors hello, please suggest a healthy vegetarian firm plan for my 21 months old baby

A. good morning mom, in breakfast you can give Idli Dosa moong dal cheela Ragi or rice porridge and in that you can add variety like sometime you can add sprouts to Idli Dosa aur even add veggies to porridges.. for lunch give dal roti sabji salad aur koshimbir rice dal.. for dinner preferably give slightly digesting food like Khichdi jowar bajra daliya, vegetables soup and along with this 3 main meals give two or three Mid Day snacks in that you can give multigrain laddu sprouts bail for finger foods like Puri energy bar dry fruits or dry fruit laddu, fresh fruits, fruit juices..
