#askdoctors Pls suggest some healthy diet plan for a 2 half years girl

A. Dear mum, for a 2 and half years old girl, give 5 small meals a day. You should give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, fish. Add dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts to baby’s diet. Give all types of grains, cereal and pulses.
