#asktheex please suggest a healthy diet plan for 3.5 years old.

A. hi as your child grows, the diet needs to be changed according to the growth. the diet of the child should have a balanced amount of minerals , vitamins, carbohydrates,fats and protines . Here I give complete diet plan and food chart for 3 year old kids: breakfast -- chapati with 1 glass of milk mid morning-- vegetable soup or seasonal fruit lunch-- 1 small bowl of rice,1 chapati,half bowl lentils,half bowl of seasonal vegetables sabji evening--- glass of milkshake or any seasonal fruits, sprouts Dinner--- two chapati, lentils,curd bedtime-- one glass of milk
