#Ask the question I heard that ladies who went through c section will suffer with back pain for their life time. is it real? Any preventive measures are there? I even heard that c section ladies will suffer with their suture also. please clarify my doubts.

do not bend forward while feeding your baby, take comfortable position/chair/pillow for breastfeeding.
streching exercises, suryanamaskar help in relieving back pain.
continue taking calcium supplements as long as you breastfeed.
have some sunlight exposure daily along with balanced diet.
