#Ask the expert# My baby is 6 months old. I havr started rice porridge since two days. But she is not liking salty taste. So I added country sugar (Brown sugar) slightly. Is it fine?

A. Dear mum, it is fine to add little bit of sugar to your baby’s food after 6 months. Instead of adding brown sugar, you can add the regular white sugar.
