#ask the expert ..mai 4month pregnant hun..meri gyn ne mujhe L folima tablets lene ko kha hai nd mujhe govt dispensary se iron and folic acid tablets mili hai kya mai in dono tablets ko roj le sakti hu?

A. you can, or can take once folima complete.. Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy. also do take healthy diet. ok
