#ask the expert hi I am mother of twins baby my first baby is 20 month old and only saying papa Amma n bua while my second twins baby speak clearly should I consult doctor for my first baby

But your child is 20 months old if the child is speaking certain words but understanding and responding well to everything else apart from speaking well then there is no problem just try and communicate more and more with your child which is what is going to be good enough
