Ask the expert dears, I'm a mother of 3 month old baby boy. I'm breastfeeding him regularly but the problem is my one breast is completely stopped forming milk as I stopped feeding from that since my nipple was flat..but other side he used to take well as the nipple Is good enough to feed.. now my left breast is completely become small n nipple is flat and he cannot hold....so I'm feeding only from one side... please help me how can I regenerate the milk from other side also.. and it's been 1 n half month since I stopped feeding from my left breast.. pleas help me how to come out of this... thanks

A. try to feed your baby even ur having flat nipple by using nipple shield for 2 r 3 days. Then pump frequently at regular interval

A. thanks for the response expert..but I have enough milk on my right side..but only left breast is not generating milk..so pleas suggest me how can I regenerate the breast milk on other side also.

A. if you are not able to provide proper breastfeeding to the baby you can continue with any stage 1 formula milk and you can continue with both the thing just maintain good hygiene
