hello I m a breastfeeding mom.... my baby is totally on breaastfeed........ I got my periods today after 4 months of c section.......... will it affect my breast milk supply........

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. on the whole it will not affect your breast milk supply very rarely a few women do experience slide dip in the milk supply but it usually occurs within a couple of hours

Nope See you do need to know that there is no connection between mensuration cycle and the feeding that you are giving to the child the things are absolutely different so even if you got your periods now it is not going to affect your breast feeding at all you can continue feeding the child in the same way as you previously were
