Q.

#ask the expert 32 weeks pregnant, (2nd pregnancy)(1st one as normal delivery) is it correct time to start squats, climbing steps, & other exercises. already started walking from 25 weeks ( no complication)

A. no squats should always be started after 38 weeks not before that as it may lead to premature delivery till the time you can just have regular daily walking which will help during your normal delivery

A. If your fit healthy with no complaints yeah you can. But see I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
