Q.

# ask expert .. my 22 months old had viral fever 2 months ago nd today he again got dat wid throat infection and vomitings too .. why did he got dis fever again he evn got his flu vaccine in Aug begning does dis means dat my baby has weak immunity? plz help

A. yeah.. till 5 years kids have low immunity. consult with paediatrician for proper management. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products.. Maintain proper hygine and educated your kid for hand washing.
