hello doctor....plz help my baby is 2 .2 year old. In her first 1.5 year of journey she not having any severe cold ,fever. any health issues. we have gone through general checkups all are fine. But in may 2021 she got fever nd vomiting, became faint (jhatke)due to temp 103 degree . diagnose with viral infection doc give her antibiotics injection. yesterday she again got fever nd temp is very high again diagnosis wid viral infection. why she is affected again ?? Is her immunity is weak??? what are the cause of viral infection nd it's prevention?? waiting for your opinion
