Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Beetroot is recommended around eight to ten months of age. You can first start with other veggies like carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, potatoes, green peas and if you think the baby is comfortable with these foods u can slowly move on to beetroot. Always follow the 2 day gap rule between introducing new foods.
