As we can't include any artificial sweeteners in the meals for an infant below 1 year , I want to ask what should be the perfect substitute of that?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom would never suggest to use artificial sweeteners for the child also you may opt for healthy sweet options such as natural sweetener such as fresh fruits and vegetables, jaggery or honey , dates , raisins , apricots etc
