my blood sugar level in fasting is 150. is this safe to use sugar free artificial sweeteners.?

A. hello mom do not use artificial sweetners as you are pregnant it is better to avoid taking sugar and Sweets for sometime also have good amount of fluid and fibre and have good intake of proteins in the diet
