My postprandial blood sugar level is lesser than fasting sugar level. I am in my 31st week. How to bring it to normal level. Due to this low sugar level , I am tired throughout the day and having hunger pangs daily night.

A. Hi Try to eat foods that release sugar slowly for a sustained period of time like add sprouts, curd, egg, chicken, oats. to meals Also you can eat dates , anjeer with nuts in between meals. to maintain normal levels
