A. The AFI level should remain above 10 cm during your pregnancy. The maximum should be 14 centimeters.
You should have adequate water and protein rich diet along with tender coconut water to maintain

A. First of all its Fluid not Cluid & the Amniotic Fluid increases as the baby grows inside mother.
