As most of the cold syrup is banned in india for under 4years like Matra tminic what is alternate medicine

A. These medicines are suggested by the doctors only I don’t know who told you that they are banned under the age of four but if you do not want to give it then you can give Wikoryl kids to the child that is going to be a better option
