As in the picture a tiny red spot was there in the foot sole of my son it was like a small red til and he eventually hit something and it started bleeding. the bleeding stopped after applying betadine but it bleeds again after few days. today it got bleeding and lasted for a longer time. today the bleeding though stoped but again bleeds when i try to wipe. please tell if it is hemangioma warts or something else. please help
