Q.
As a mother of a 19 month old baby I feel so depressed I am frustrated like anything.. i am hating my child I don't know why I am feeling like this.. i think I'm not a good mother.. I don't know what to do?

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello the child is very small and just try to manage and engage yourself in child activities and things will be all fine and required you can even do meditation for some time which can help throughout the day and any concern you may check with your doctor which also can help you
