you should have a proper sitting posturer as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapyr.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Public transport completely depend what transport you are taking if you’re taking a train it would still be okay but if you take a bus or you go by a cab or something then the pain is going to be there because you know you get a lot of jerks in those things so you just have to decide what you want
