A. you can use diaper occasionally with precautions and it will be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this which would be more beneficial so you can follow the advice

A. Yes You can make your child wear diapers as and when required avoid using diapers round-the-clock and keep a minimum gap of at least one hour in between change of two diapers always prefer more of cotton nappies or use a reusable diapers
