A. Dear ma’am, bottle feeding does come with a list of side effects and can create nipple confusion. Also it’s difficult to get rid of the bottle habit as the baby grows. You can feed expressed milk or formula through spoon or paalaadai

A. dear mum feeding bottles are not safe and best avoided because in spite of good cleaning bottle can cause many infections in the baby. Due to easy availability of milk a baby gets habituated to bottle-feeding & subsequently refuses to feed at the breast. Bottle can also cause problems with teeth & can have deleterious effect on mother-infant bonding.
