after taking shatavar also my breast milk is very less.pls suggest something more

I would suggest you to please take milk daliya daily apart from this one thing that worked for me as well was taking raw a joint 1 tablespoon with water daily e empty stomach in the morning it will help a lot in improving the breastfeed these are simple home remedies which helped a lot
