#AskTheExpert i have a new born baby, please advice something for breast milk. I'm having very less breast milk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is always advisable to view mothers milk to the baby after 6 months of age if at all mothers milk is not sufficient to give you some formula milk also

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend that you should try to have garlic oatmeal fenugreek leaves you can have milk and Milk products apart from that I would recommend you to have roasted makhana bottle gourd
