after taking out for my daughter . she cried a lot bcoz of heat and did not pass urine since 3 hrs. is it serious

No I am not sure it is because of heat because sometimes it just get irritated going to public places that’s very normal not necessarily because of it but still if you have any concern regarding this question and you can get a personal assessment done with your daughter
