Q.

after taking lababet 100 mg and 2 nicardia 10mg dailay for 3 months post delivery my BP is 130/80 is it still the case of hypertension or it is normal to decrease the dosage or stop

A. It should be 120/80 mmHg so you should talk to your doctor before reducing its dose and drink enough water limit your salt intake and gave fibre rich fruits and vegetables in diet avoid stress taur good sleep abd walk is very important

A. good morning it is not advisable to regulate the dosage on your own I would recommend that you should try to consult with your doctor prescribed the medicine in the first place she would be able to guid you
