RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Due to some glitch into the app I suggest you to kindly uninstall and reinstall the app and still you will face the similar kind of problem then you can call on the helpline number what is needed to be done they will guide you accordingly step-by-step
