after pregnancy operation ... food list to eat and serve milk to baby

A. well yu can eat every thing in. moderate amount ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. hi mother's milk is best food for a child. so please stick to breastfeeding only there is no need of formula or external milk. as you are nursing mother, take healthy and well blanaced diet so that your child immunity remains high.
