after pregnancy hair fall plz suggest me what to do

A. Eat flax seeds and dry fruits as they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Eat foods rich in iron, zinc and vitamins. Consult with your doctor for iron and vitamin supplements. Include yoghurt in your diet and use it as a hair mask after mixing it with coconut oil and then apply on the scalp and leave for 30-45 mins and then wash with a mild shampoo. Take proper rest. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Do not take stress. Drink organic Amla juice and apply pure Amla oil on the scale to strengthen the hair.
