Hello you should wait for at least 40 days after that you can start with a little bit of normal schedule because if you start having these things right now it is going to affect you only because you know you may catch hold it will be an issue to your child so there is no harm and also your body is just that you for the coverage phase so you should eat only healthy stuff right now
