after normal delivery for how many days I should not lift weight

A. No weight lifting should be done take proper rest and good nutrition with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients, no long gaps between meals and fasting should be done

A. hi it is better to avoid it until you not feel well. you can avoid it at least one month please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
