#asktheexperts how healthy is it for me to go to gym..i had delivery through scissarian..can i lift heavy weight

A. Dear mum, how long has it been since your c section. After c section, you should have a resting period of at least 6 weeks before you begin to exercise based on your doctors advice. When you start to exercise, you should begin with mild exercises.
