after my second delivery my weight had grown so much please suggest any diet plans

A. The only way yo reduce weight is through exercise and eating a clean diet do follow these two and gradually your weight will start reducing and sleep well avoid late night dinners

A. avoid sweets and snacks. keep exercise atleast 30 min- 1 hrs. eat more fruit and vegetable....

A. Clean diet rich . Avoid oily, sugary and fried items as much as possible. Include salads in good quantity. If you can't go to gym , do some home exercises and walking everyday

A. hi ji,in diet , i advise you to take green veggies , fresh fruits more and more you may take salad ,soups , vegetable broth etc drink plenty of fluids too especially , you can take warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice in morning
