After my c section i m having massive hair fall which shampoo shoul i use?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you should take iron supplements and along with that check your vitamins might be there is any deficiency because excess hairfall happens due to deficiency.
apply almond oil twice a week for half an hour and use mild shampoo to wash
