Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain inx contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

When did you have your C-section that you haven’t mentioned but normally doctors advise you with some ointment or due to apply if in case you feel itching into that area so you kindly check with your doctor as of now if you want you can apply coconut oil that usually is the safest option for you to use
