ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. atleast after 2 to 2.5 month.. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hi better to avoid travelling atleast 3 months after delivery. but if you feel fit and well ,if your gynecologist permit then you can travel. take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated
