POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Usually bending, driving, lifting heavy weight and chores can be resumed after 8 weeks , make sure you are taking iron and calcium supplements while breastfeeding feeding and you yourself is taking rest , eating well , hydrating, mild excercise.
