Generally it will take 3-5 months to restart periods post delivery but also depends on mode of delivery, harmonal factors, body type, haemoglobin levels.. For c-section it takes more than 4-5 months but normal delivery it takes 3-4 months... However take necessary precautions contraceptive methods to avoid pregnancy as there are high chances of getting pregnancy Post delivery due to harmonal changes.
