Q.
after having paracetamol 5ml , baby vomitted..what to do?? she has fever 101.3 degree Fahrenhiet.. feet and palm are hot.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor consultatigon should be donej if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

Who told you to give 5 AM in medicine in the first place that’s what I’m not understanding looking at the current age of your child should only be 1.5 ML so I think you given overdosage which is why your child vomited as of now I can only recommend it to go ahead with doing Thande Paani Ki PattiWrite Your Answer Here
