After giving paracetamol also temp didn't go down for 1 month old baby

A. She is having fever since last night, not a month.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and if he is having a fever since last 1 month so it’s either normal temperature or he has high BMR or infection somewhere and needs clinical examination
