my baby is 2yr 9m old he is having temp at 36c and after using paracetamol the temp is not ging down

A. if its less than 37.7then no need to given paracetamol. if a child's armpit temperature is 99°f (37°c) or higher, or oral temperature reaches 100°f, it's considered a fever. administer paracetamol, sponge the body, and dress the child in light clothes. paracetamol can be given up to four times a day.
